Shannon and Jeff have proudly served the North County for more than 15 years. Having raised our family here, we are deeply connected to this community. We have extended that same level of care and support via telehealth and with locations coming soon to Rancho Bernardo and San Diego. Lifespan Therapy Group was created to extend a boutique-style therapy experience focused on personalized care while accepting insurance. We are committed to maintaining a welcoming and affirming space where all people feel seen, heard and respected.
