I specialize in Perinatal Mental Health. I am currently working toward formalizing my specialization with a certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. I help mothers, fathers and families experiencing mood and anxiety disorders in the perinatal period.

At Lifespan, we are building a Perinatal Mental Health team to help all involved to access the care and support they need to navigate this specific stage of life.
